Hello, My name is Jai. I'm a software engineer by profession but I am a cook by passion. I just came across an idea of putting a few of my favourite recipes on my blog so that everyone else can enjoy the brilliant flavours of an authentic Indian Cuisine.
The first recipe is low fat butter chicken or "chicken makhani", as we call it in India. This is an extremely delicious, slightly sweet Punjabi dish. This recipe is actually from Mrs.Tarla Dalal's website. She is one cook whom i look upto as an inspiration.
So here goes the recipe....

User Comments & Tips
this recipe does not require oil as all the fat is in the yogurt.chicken can be marinated overnight for better tastecan add a pinch of red colour for a "hotel" look
I have also come across an amazing online network marketing tool called the spiderwebsystem. Its an extremely user friendly system. My personal advice is .. at least check it out if you are interested in the online home office business. This system is much more advanced than any of its competitors. It has 22 detailed videos on how to setup a successful network marketing business. I am sure you will definitely like it!
Cheers!
